Joseph Rubin founded The Rubin Law Firm's predecessor firm, Joseph S. Rubin, P.C. in 1989 after five years in private practice with Ebert, Menees and Kriegel, P.C., a former personal injury law firm in Clayton, MO.
Mr. Rubin has dedicated his career to the representation of the injured and oppressed and has extensive litigation and trial experience. He has settled and tried cases valued in excess of $1 million. He has successfully concluded more than two dozen nursing home neglect cases and Mr. Rubin was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1984 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1991. He exclusively represents Plaintiffs and their families after serious injuries and disability in the following areas:
- Motor vehicle collisions (trucking and automotive)
- At-work injuries (Workers' Compensation)
- Medical malpractice
- Nursing home neglect/abuse
