    We accept cases under a variety of fee arrangements, including contingent fee agreements.  Much of our work is done pursuant to contingent fee agreements but we likewise offer flexible and affordable fee structures, including hourly and hybrid fee arrangements if desired. 

    The Rubin Law Firm is located just north of the Ameristar Casino at the intersection of Third and Jefferson Streets in the historic section of downtown St. Charles, Missouri, overlooking the Missouri River. Our main offices are housed within the historic and recently-renovated Rechtern House at 302 Jefferson Street, built in 1895 and held by the Rechtern family for 100 years.

   We are quite familiar with St. Charles County courts, which are within walking distance of our offices. We also have extensive experience in St. Louis City and St. Louis County Courts, owing to our 23 years' of practice in Clayton, Missouri, prior to our recent move to the St. Charles County.
